Homemade Sprinkler

Summer is over and Fall is here. The playgrounds are still awash with children, but there is one crucial structure in them that has gone dormant; the sprinkler. A sure signal that summer has ended is when the sprinklers are turned off for the season. But never fear! There is an alternative; it is called a "homemade sprinkler."
